When a user files a ticket to the K1000 appliance via a web browser, they do not receive any email confirmation that a ticket was filed.
This is by design. If a user submits a ticket to the K1000 appliance via their web
browser, they are given the ticket number as soon as they click to
submit the ticket. They can immediately see their ticket number, therefore no email is sent.
When a user submits a ticket via email, will receive an email reply back
with the ticket number included, so that they will be advised of the
ticket number.
