Wizard-Based IT Reporting with ODBC-Compliant Reporting Tools

Multi-object Reporting Wizard

The K1000 utilizes flexible, wizard-based reporting tools to easily generate routine and ad-hoc reports on any K1000 function. It comes complete with 90+ pre-configured reports, and allows users to create custom reports directed to specific needs. Multi-object reporting offers powerful insights into the state of the IT infrastructure. This feature allows IT administrators to report on multiple criteria, allowing them to view meaningful correlations between different aspects of the IT infrastructure, including patching schedules, software versions, associated hardware etc. Users can view reports that provide a three-dimensional view of the IT infrastructure, and can select the dimensions from a simple drop down menu.

Dashboards

The K1000 also provides dashboards and graphical reports that deliver quick insight into key management metrics. These dashboards give quick insight into the status of software distributions, threat levels and license compliance, as well as indicating how busy the K1000 is itself.

Third Party Reporting Tools

K1000 reporting supports 3rd party ODBC compliant reporting tools, and allows for output in HTML, CSV or text-based formats. K1000 reports can be configured to run on set schedules, and also emailed to desired recipients to ease administrative intervention.
