The K1000 provides easy-to-use, configurable user broadcast alerting capabilities. Broadcast messages can notify users of impending outages, systems updates or changes and can eliminate or augment voicemail messaging, ensuring users are provided with up-to-date system status reports.
Alerts are policy driven and can be configured to be distributed to particular groups of users immediately or on a weekly schedule. Alerts can also be configured to expire after a set amount of time.
Broadcast Alerts are pushed from the K1000 and published as a pop-up box by the K1000 agent on end-user systems, and don't require email or voicemail to distribute organization-wide systems status information.
