Keep Users Informed with Configurable Broadcast Messages and Desktop Alerts

Notifying end users of impactful events can be an important aspect of effectively managing your network, and can help to address different challenges.

The K1000 provides easy-to-use, configurable user broadcast alerting capabilities. Broadcast messages can notify users of impending outages, systems updates or changes and can eliminate or augment voicemail messaging, ensuring users are provided with up-to-date system status reports.

Targeting and Scheduling

Alerts are policy driven and can be configured to be distributed to particular groups of users immediately or on a weekly schedule. Alerts can also be configured to expire after a set amount of time.

Direct User Communication

Broadcast Alerts are pushed from the K1000 and published as a pop-up box by the K1000 agent on end-user systems, and don't require email or voicemail to distribute organization-wide systems status information.
