A KACE Certified Partner commits to training and operating with KACE Certified Engineers (KCEs) on staff. Individual engineers become a KCE by completing training classes and passing tests for product knowledge as well as an optional support module (required for those partners wishing to provide front line support), and delivering their first JumpStart jointly with KACE personnel. To maintain certification, KCEs will need to complete annual update training and testing as well as any major release training as defined by KACE. Most engineers will be able to complete the training in about 4 hours.
