This article will cover how soon after a patch is released from the vendor will it be available for download on the K1000 appliance.

Solution

For Macintosh-platform and other Windows-vendor patches, our target is to release these patches to customers coinciding with the following timelines. (Please note that both Lumension and Dell KACE perform QA testing on patches prior to release. Should a patch fail any tests or cannot be encoded or downloaded in a timely fashion, the following targets will not apply):
