New CFO Brings Leadership and Broad Experience to Systems Management Appliance Leader
MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. – May 28, 2009 – KACE™, the leading systems management appliance company, today announced the appointment of Gary Acord as the company’s chief financial officer. As CFO, Acord will lead KACE’s financial operation and will be responsible for accounting and reporting worldwide.

Acord brings more than two decades of financial expertise having served as the CFO for a number of publicly traded and privately held technology companies, including Slacker, Inc., Lumension, MusicMatch, SalesLogix and Aritsoft. Prior to his career in technology, Acord was a partner in the Assurance Services practice of KPMG. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from James Madison University and a Master of Science degree in accounting from the University of Arizona.
