The K1000 Systems Management Appliance contains an internal patch
management engine, powered by Lumension. The provided patch feed includes
patches for the Windows and Mac Operating Systems, as well as a wide range of
applications from vendors including Microsoft, Apple, Adobe, Oracle, and
Mozilla (see this page for complete list).
While we strive to provide as broad of a patch feed as possible,
we prioritize patch releases based on patch severity and criticality. You
can find a breakdown of our patch SLAs at this FAQ.
To request delivery of optional patches or patch support for any
product not in the current patch-support matrix, please contact our support
team. We will work with Lumension to prioritize the requested list and
determine if the requested patch can be provided on the K1000 patch-feed.
