K1000 Patch Feed Support and Patch Request Process

The K1000 Systems Management Appliance contains an internal patch management engine, powered by Lumension.  The provided patch feed includes patches for the Windows and Mac Operating Systems, as well as a wide range of applications from vendors including Microsoft, Apple, Adobe, Oracle, and Mozilla (see this page for complete list).  

 

While we strive to provide as broad of a patch feed as possible, we prioritize patch releases based on patch severity and criticality.  You can find a breakdown of our patch SLAs at this FAQ.

 

To request delivery of optional patches or patch support for any product not in the current patch-support matrix, please contact our support team.  We will work with Lumension to prioritize the requested list and determine if the requested patch can be provided on the K1000 patch-feed.
