To optimize your Kace support experience please log your tickets through the support tab on your K1000 appliance. This will allow you to set ticket category, impact and preferred method of communication. Your K1000 appliance will help you by logging the server model and version number in the ticket for you.
The support tab will also provide a path to logging into the Kace support help desk for viewing ticket history and managing your active tickets. Managing your tickets with the help desk will also provide you with other ticket options including adding comments, attachments, requesting ticket status as well as access to the help desk knowledge base that contains links to past KKE(Kace Kontinuing Education) courses.
