KACE Names Mike Regan Vice President of Customer Service & Operations

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. – May 20, 2008KACE™, the leading systems management appliance company, today announced the appointment of Mike Regan as the company’s vice president of customer service and operations. Regan brings 25 years of experience in creating global, customer-focused organizations for a variety of high-growth companies. In the newly created position, Regan will be charged with ensuring that KACE’s customer support, training, and product fulfillment teams are aligned in providing customers and partners with world class services.

In that role, he revamped the professional services business and established standardized technical support processes to increase customer satisfaction and drive profitability. Prior to MarketLive, Mike held executive professional services management positions at Siebel Systems, Sybase, Datasweep, and Portal Software.
