If the replication share is not receiving files from the K1000 appliance to the "Destination Path", KACE Technical Support will need the following items to aid in troubleshooting this issue:
1. Screenshot of the specific Replication Share settings used.
Distribution -> Replication -> Click on a specific Replication Share
2. Screenshot of some of the files to be replicated on that specific replication share.
(Please note to check for any files that are being replicated having special characters
in their names like single quotes, double quotes, etc. Special
characters will cause the Replication Share to not sync.)
3. On the client machine, make sure that the AMP connection has connectivity to the K1000 appliance. In V4.3 and up of K1000 appliance, Replication Shares use the AMP connection to transfer files from the K1000 appliance.
