As KACE moves forward with it's 64-bit FreeBSD architecture, additional features and code will require more resources. As such, if you are running one of our older 32-bit VK1000 appliances, we highly recommend you contact KACE support to obtain the latest and greatest 64-bit VK1000 appliance deployment and instructions on how to migrate to the new environment.
If you are unable to switch from 32-bit to 64-bit (likely because your VMWare ESX environment is not 64-bit capable) then we highly recommend you increase the memory limit of your VK1000 appliance from 2GB to 4GB. This should alleviate resource issues related to your VK1000 appliance for the time being.
