You should double check with your domain administrators to verify that you are not enforcing NTLMv2 authentication with client signing. If you are, your agents as well as the shares for the K1000 appliance will not work correctly. This is due to the fact that the K1000 appliance is not a Microsoft operating system and uses samba libraries that do not support NTLMv2+client signing.

You will need to allow NTLM/lanman authentication and/or disable client signing to proceed currently. We are currently working on releasing a revision in the future to support Microsoft's NTLMv2+client signing network architecture.
