Ready to move over all the data created with your Trial K1000 appliance?
Simply download the nightly backup files in Settings -> Server Maintenance tab (if you'd like a newer copy, click 'Edit Mode' and choose 'Run Backup' -- this will take up to an hour). On your new K1000, navigate to the same tab and choose 'Restore from Backup' -- this will also take up to an hour, possibly longer.
Your trial and new K1000 appliances must be at the same version. If your Trial K1000 is at a different version than your new K1000 appliance, please contact KACE Technical Support for further assistance.
