If the Driver Harvesting application does not show "Collect Device
Information" or "Send Drivers to K2000" buttons then your resolution is
set too low. Close the Driver Harvesting application and adjust the
resolution to a minimum 1024x768. Start the Driver Harvesting
application again and the buttons should appear for you.
