Our factory add-in Intel NICs have the boot utilities disabled. To enable the NIC to PXE boot this utility is needed:

Once this utility is downloaded and installed you will need to open a command prompt and enter the following commands:
BootUtil –FLASHENABLE -NIC=1 (enables the bios which is
disabled completely from the factory)
BootUtil -BOOTENABLE=PXE -NIC=3 (turns on the bios for PXE; can be done
without reboot despite utility saying –flashenable requires reboot)
You can then have the customer reboot to the Intel NIC BIOS (Cnt-S on POST) or they can enable PXE boot directly from the driver utilities
