Rob Meinhardt
Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer
Prior to co-founding KACE™, Rob Meinhardt worked for two years as a principal with R.B. Webber & Company (RBW), a strategic management consulting firm. During his tenure at R.B Webber, he worked on strategic marketing projects for startup and public technology companies such as Bordeware, Critical Path, Attensity, Avotus, Iteration Software and Kasenna. In addition, Meinhardt completed due diligence efforts in support of R.B. Webber's sister venture capital fund, TEFII.
Before joining R.B. Webber, Meinhardt served as Vice President of Marketing for AvantGo (formerly NASDAQ: AVGO, since acquired by Sybase). During his four years with the company, AvantGo's revenues grew from zero to nearly $30M on an annualized basis. Prior to AvantGo, Meinhardt served as a marketing advisor and occasional investor in several high technology companies including Sybase, Commerce One, Sagent, Persistence, Chiron, FedEx Ecommerce Division and others.
Meinhardt holds a BA in Economics from Yale.

Marty Kacin
Co-founder, President and Chief Technology Officer
Prior to co-founding KACE, Marty Kacin co-founded AvantGo (formerly NASDAQ: AVGO, since acquired by Sybase). During his tenure at AvantGo, Kacin held key executive positions as Vice President of Applications, Professional Services and as CTO of the enterprise applications organization. Prior to AvantGo, Kacin was a founding member and Vice President of Engineering of both Intranet Partners (an Internet technology engineering group) and the Stanford Center for Surgical Computing.
Kacin is a 20 year veteran of the high tech software industry with broad experience in the IT, mobile, software development and medical computing fields. Kacin has built a reputation as a leader uniquely capable of driving business, technology, and product direction. During his career, Kacin has additionally held engineering and management positions with NeXT Computer, Puritan Bennett and Hewlett-Packard.
Kacin holds BS degrees in General Science and Computer Science along with a BBA in Business from the University of Wisconsin.
Dave Kloba
Vice President, Engineering
Prior to joining KACE, David Kloba was Co-founder and Principle Engineer at AvantGo (formerly NASDAQ: AVGO, since acquired by Sybase). Over the course of his seven year tenure, he brought together a successful team of dedicated engineers, developing compelling software for the mobile market. He holds five patents in various areas relating to mobile software. Before joining AvantGo, Kloba held engineering positions at several companies including Netscape and SBC Warburg.
Kloba holds a BS in Computer Technology and Business from Purdue University.
Chris Moore
Vice President, Sales
Chris Moore brings strong leadership and a consistent track record of building and leading high performance sales teams to KACE. Prior to joining KACE, Moore was Vice President of Worldwide Sales for AvantGo (formerly NASDAQ: AVGO, since acquired by Sybase). At AvantGo, Moore was responsible for all aspects of creating and leading the sales team that grew revenue from less than $100K to $25M in three years. Before AvantGo, Moore ran Central Region sales efforts at Genesys Telecommunications, where he grew revenue from $400K to $13M in two years; ParcPlace-Digitalk and NeXT where his teams consistently achieved over 150 percent of their sales goals.
Moore holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an MM in Finance from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
Ken Sims
Vice President, Business Development
Ken Sims has more than 20 years of experience in a variety of business development, marketing and sales roles. He has a strong track record of developing innovative go to market strategies and building key strategic relationships to accelerate business growth.
Before joining KACE, he was VP of Business Development and Marketing at Zmanda, a provider of open source backup software. Prior to this, Sims served as a Strategic Adviser to Oracle, following their acquisition of Oblix, an Identity Management software vendor. At Oblix, he was VP of Marketing and Business Development and was responsible for marketing, channel sales, alliances and European field operations. In this capacity, Sims played a lead role in driving Oblix's leadership position in the Identity & Access management software market. Sims also held key positions at content delivery start ups, Inktomi and Enjoyweb. Earlier, Sims spent nearly nine years at SGI, in a variety of sales and sales management roles, where he was instrumental in developing the company's entertainment technology business.
Sims received a BA in Business Economics from the University of California at Los Angeles and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
Wynn White
Vice President, Marketing
Wynn White brings to KACE more than 15 years of marketing and product management experience in the areas of system management, security, and networking. Prior to joining KACE, he was Vice President of Security and Management Products at Oracle Corporation where he oversaw marketing of its security and system management offerings, including the Oracle Identity Management product suite, Oracle Enterprise Manager product family, and Oracle Database Security offerings, a $500M+ business. While at Oracle, White was instrumental in establishing and building Oracle's identity management business, the industry's fastest growing identity management solution. Prior to that, White rejoined Oracle through the acquisition of Oblix where he was responsible for corporate marketing. Prior to Oblix, he held senior marketing roles at both BEA and Oracle. White is a frequent speaker at industry events and is the author of numerous contributed articles.
White holds a BA in History and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley.
Mike Regan
Vice President, Customer Service and Operations
Mike Regan brings to KACE more than 25 years experience in leading global professional services, customer support and education teams for world class software companies. Prior to joining KACE, Regan was the Senior Vice President of Services for Marketlive where he oversaw e-commerce solutions that generated over $1.5 billion of annual revenue for over 100 retailers. Regan has an extensive background in delivering high performance transaction intensive applications in the financial services, telecommunications and government sectors while working as a senior executive for industry leaders such as Sybase, Siebel and Portal Software.
Regan holds a BS in Information Systems from Bloomsburg University and an MBA from Lehigh University.
